Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WearToday, an AI stylist service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

WearToday is an AI styling assistant. It converses with you about outfits, hairstyles, and colors; renders outfit cards, try-on previews, and hairstyle previews; and, with your consent, remembers durable facts (measurements, preferences, your photo) across conversations.

Styling suggestions are generated by AI. They are creative input, not professional advice — use your own judgment (and, for anything medical-adjacent like hair or skin concerns, a qualified professional).

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use the service.

3. Credits and payment

• Some features (rendering images) consume credits. Chatting is free; each rendered image costs credits at the rate shown in the product (currently 40 credits per image).
• Paid plans grant a credit allowance per billing cycle (for example, 2,600 credits on the monthly plan, 19,800 on the yearly plan). Unused credits expire at the end of their validity period; they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except as required by law.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded to your balance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe); we do not store your card details.

We may change prices for new subscriptions or renewals; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

4. Content you provide

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the information you share. To provide the service, you grant us a limited license to process them: store them, send them to AI providers to generate your answers and images, and show them back to you in your conversations.

Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, photos of minors, or content you do not have the rights to.

You can delete conversations and ask the stylist to forget remembered facts at any time; deleting your account removes your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI-generated images

Outfit cards, try-ons, and previews are generated by AI models. They may contain imperfections; colors and details may differ from real garments. Generated images are provided for personal styling inspiration. You may save and share the images generated in your own conversations; you may not resell the service's output as your own image-generation offering or use it to mislead (e.g. presenting AI try-ons as authentic photos of products for sale).

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, harass others, generate abusive or deceptive imagery, attempt to extract another person's personal data, or reverse-engineer / overload the service (including automated scraping beyond normal search-engine access).

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or retire features. If we retire something material that you paid for, we will offer a fair remedy (prorated credit or refund).

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for others, with notice where practical.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearToday's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. General

If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after the effective date means acceptance. These terms are the entire agreement between you and WearToday regarding the service.
