How WearToday collects, uses, and protects your account, photos, and styling data.

Last updated: 2026-09-16

WearToday is an AI stylist. You talk to it about what to wear; it looks at photos you share, remembers facts you agree to, and renders outfit and hairstyle previews. This policy explains, in plain language, what data that involves and what we do with it.

The short version

  • Your chat history and account stay in our database; photos you upload are stored in object storage tied to your account.
  • Your photos and messages are sent to AI providers (language-model and image-generation services) only to generate your answers and images. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
  • The stylist's long-term memory (your height, coloring, style preferences, photo) is saved only after you say yes when it asks — and you can tell it to forget anything, at any time.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe and other payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.

Information we collect

  1. Account information — email address, name, and profile image, provided at sign-up or via Google/GitHub sign-in.
  2. Chat content — the messages you send in your styling conversations, and the outfit images generated in them.
  3. Photos and measurements you share — photos you upload, and body basics (height, build, coloring) or style preferences you type, when you choose to share them.
  4. Memory entries — durable facts the stylist keeps across conversations, each written only with your explicit consent (see "Memory" below).
  5. Usage data — how you interact with the service (features used, generations made, credits spent), used to run and improve the product.
  6. Device and cookie data — session cookies that keep you signed in, and a locale cookie that remembers your language. No advertising cookies.

How we use your information

  • To answer your styling questions and generate images for you.
  • To maintain your account, chat history, wardrobe, and credit balance.
  • To process payments and subscriptions.
  • To send service messages: receipts, security notices, support replies.
  • To keep the service safe and prevent abuse.

We do not use your information to train AI models, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Memory: what the stylist remembers

When you share a durable personal fact — a photo of yourself, your measurements, your color season — the stylist asks before saving it: "Want me to remember this for next time?" Nothing goes into memory unless you agree, and one yes covers only that fact.

You can:

  • ask the stylist to forget any fact at any time ("forget my measurements"), or
  • delete the underlying conversation or your account entirely.

Weather, one-off events, and single outfits are never saved to memory.

Where your data goes (sub-processors)

To provide the service, your messages and photos are processed by:

  • AI providers — the language-model service that powers the conversation and the image-generation service (e.g. Replicate) that renders previews. They receive your message content and source images only to process your request.
  • Cloud infrastructure — Cloudflare (hosting, D1 database, R2 object storage).
  • Payment processors — Stripe (and, where you choose them, other processors such as PayPal) for checkout. Card numbers never touch our servers.

Each provider processes data on our instructions, under their own contractual security obligations.

Retention and deletion

  • Chat history and uploads are kept while your account is active — that's the point of a stylist with memory.
  • Memory entries live until you ask the stylist to forget them.
  • Deleting a conversation deletes its messages. Deleting your account removes your account data, chats, and memory entries; backup copies expire within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at support@weartoday.io — we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The service is not directed at children, and you must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect. The "last updated" date below always reflects the current version.
